Order a selection of oysters from any of our fishmongers and try your hand at shucking them at home to enjoy them fresh. We would recommend pairing the oysters with our delicious FishWorks blended Fernão Pires white wine, which has been created with ocean and minerality influences to allow the perfect harmony with seafood.
