You will need:
40ml Vodka
20ml Kahlúa
20ml Espresso (If you have an espresso machine, use this… an alternative is Nescafe Azera. TIP: make this beforehand to let it chill)
3 whole coffee beans
Lots of ice
Cocktail shaker
A martini glass (If you don’t have a martini glass you can go trendy with a tumbler glass)
Method
Chill your glass
Pour some ice into your chosen glass and fill with cold water to chill your glass whilst you make your cocktail.
Mix your ingredients
Pour a handful of ice into your cocktail shaker and add the vodka, Kahlúa and espresso over the ice. Seal your cocktail shaker and shake vigorously (this will allow you to have the foam on top).
Bean placement
Empty your glass with ice and water and strain your cocktail mix into your glass. Give it a good shake as you pour to get the froth out. It’s all about the bean placement… use you 3 coffee beans to place on top of your cocktail in the center.
