Gift Voucher 

 TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Gift cards can be used at any Fishworks UK Restaurant.

  2. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. A gift card cannot be used after the expiry date (any remaining balance will be removed, and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use). We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift card’s expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.

  3. Gift cards can be redeemed across multiple visits until the balance is redeemed up until the expiry date.

  4. Cannot be redeemed against delivery, click & collect or order at table.

  5. Gift cards (or the gift card balance) cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred.  Gift cards are non-refundable, and the purchase is final.

  6. No change will be given for any unused portion of a gift card but the unused balance may be used against further purchases in store.

  7. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded except in accordance with your legal rights.

  8. The gift card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit, or charge card.

  9. Gift card balances can be checked on the balance checker.

  10. Gift cards cannot be purchased for resale.

  11. Gift cards cannot be used to pay for other gift cards.

  12. Fishworks reserves the right to refuse to accept a gift card if we reasonably suspect it to have been tampered with, duplicated or otherwise subject to fraud.

  13. Fishworks cannot accept responsibility if your gift card is lost, stolen or damaged. We are unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a lost gift card.

  14. Fishworks reserve the right to amend gift card terms and conditions if it considers it reasonable and necessary to do so. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your gift card constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions, and we therefore recommend that you read them carefully. It is your responsibility to check these gift card terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made.
