Start your masterclass by learning how to fillet your own fish with our head fishmonger Benny Yong before seasoning and sending off to our kitchen to cook. Whilst your fish is cooking, learn how to shuck oysters, dress crab and cure your own salmon. You'll get to finish your morning with a FishWorks lunch, where you can enjoy your perfectly cooked fish paired with our delicious boutique wines.
