BBQ. We may not be the best to advise which grill to get (although we do have a unique Josper Charcoal Oven, where we cook fish in our restaurant!!!) but we surely can expertly advise on what seafood to cook and how.

For #SpringFair BBQ we recommend the freshest in season: Sea Bream, Clams Palourdes, Cockles, Lobsters, super meaty Mussels, Oysters Native and Pacific, Wild Salmon – sooooo good grilled, Sardines, Scallops and Turbot. Get tips of how to cook them from our fishmongers in stores! Watch our Facebook to learn more about wines and producers which you can also taste not just dining with us, but take away as well! KIDS. For those with the little ones – we have something they cannot resist – homemade fishcakes! Look for them at our fishmongers’ deli section. Eat in or take away.
