Our cookery schools run at our seafood school in Richmond London, for information on Richmond please ring 0208 948 5965. Read on to get a good idea of what's involved!

A FishWorks cookery school is a fantastic day for any level of ability. Packed with advice, tips, inspiring recipes and most of all, fun, we aim to demystify cooking with fish and shellfish and showing you how to cook confidently for yourself, for family and when entertaining.

At Richmond we have a fantastic dedicated seafood cookery school where we run a great all day course on a Saturday from 10am - 5pm, Entitled 'Cook the FishWorks menu' this covers a great variety of inspiring, impressive and simple dishes for anyone to cook. The cost for the day is £225.

Our cookery schools are availabe for private hire too, please discuss your requirements with the manager and have a course designed to suit your needs, great for personal and hospitality events.
A typical FishWorks cookery school will feature:

• Introduction: a run through the day's dishes and a lesson on recognizing the freshest fish and shellfish

• Recipes: FishWorks is all about the freshest ingredients, cooked simply, making for stunning yet simple dishes you can easily recreate at home

• Tips and Techniques: gain confidence in handling and preparing a wide range of seafood

• Get involved: or sit back and observe. Whilst aimed at demonstration and guidance from the chef's there is a chance for some hands on cooking too - please let us know what you're especially keen to master.

• Eat: plenty to eat of course, sit down and enjoy time to chat and sample the dishes you have watched and helped prepare in the restaurant or seafood school and sample some of our fabulous wines.

• Drink: wines are specially selected to complement your food.
