The fantastic fishmonger's counter, as always, draws a regular crowd of people to look and buy from the extensive range of superb fish and shellfish sent up everyday, mostly from the Devon fish markets.

Colin Scott heads up the kitchen in FishWorks Bath, and is building a formidable reputation as a great chef.
