We run cookery schools in Bristol, Christchurch, and Richmond. We also have a successful home delivery service offering fresh fish, prepared to your requirements, delivered overnight from Brixham to your door.

About Mitch
Mitch's career has been driven by an honest passion to enthuse, cook for and inspire others to enjoy seafood. Voted as Tatler's 'Restaurateur of the Year' he continues to build on his success as restaurateur, food writer and chef. As Founder of Fishworks, Mitch spends a great deal of his time driving, inspiring and motivating the thriving FishWorks team.
Born in 1966 he spent the first 24 years of his life by the sea: sailing on it, skiing on it and fishing in it. After working as an accountant, he decided to fulfill his passion for seafood by opening a specialist fishmonger in Bath in 1995.
In 1997, he added the Seafood Café above the shop and then began running specialist seafood cookery schools, which proved to be a huge success both personally and commercially.
He still finds time to so some TV and radio, regularly appears at food festivals and has written 3 cookery books, one winning a World Gourmand Award and another shortlisted for the prestigious Andre Simon award.
