Where is it from?
We think it's important for you to know where and when your fish was caught. Much of the fish you buy at FishWorks has been bought daily at the morning auctions in the Devon port of Brixham, by our buyers Martin and Nigel. They prepare the fish to your exact requirements and it's always dispatched and delivered within hours of leaving the auction market.
Among the Brixham fleet are family-owned boats such as the Sasha Emile, Harvester and the Lady Emile. We label the fish on our counters to show which boat caught them.
All of our crab and lobster is caught by Nick Hutchins and his boat Britannia of Beesands in Start Bay. The fisheries from which our fish is caught on the South Coast are under good management, contributing to their sustainability.
