We know some of you can’t make our weekend courses and so we have introduced a new fantastic evening class which is made up of an exciting talk with our skilled fishmonger, looking at the catch of the day straight from the South Coast. Then you get to help, prepare, cook and eat a delicious 3 course menu all served with FishWorks very own blended wines!

Welcome to FishWorks, we are an award winning restaurant group whose ethos is all about sourcing and preparing the freshest, highest quality seafood for you our valued customers.

To achieve this each of our restaurants have their own Fishmonger attached with a wet fish counter where you can select any fish or crustacean and have it cooked there and then, to your liking.

Should you wish to learn how to select, prepare and cook seafood you can do so by attending a very popular seafood cookery school classes run from Richmond FishWorks which also cater for corporate team building events.
